Designing for a dynamic culture

When designing for a refugee setting, who do we design for? Who is the refugee? Some of the persons interviewed call for so-called culture-sensitive solutions, and not “one-size-fits-all” solutions. But who is the refugee? Research claims that once a person has been uprooted from past space and cultural background, they form a new identity. An identity is always “for something”, it has a purpose.
